A hit is when somebody trying to kill a specific person, unless you knew tha situation there's no way you would know if it's a hit or not
They was gonna shoot any random blood they seen outside, flip wuznt specifically targeted
10 minutes later they killed a random PJ Crip in imperial courts, wuz that a hit too?
A car pulls up with a driver, a look out, and two shooters who jump out of a car and approach a person. How does that not sound like a hit? It wasn't just a drive by.

Then don't but that doesn't change the fact it sounded planned more than just randomly spraying. People jumped out to shoot him and a woman point blank. A planned kill is a hit.
