i was walking over to the corner store when an undercover car pulled over two steps away from me.
i keep walking cause i haven't done anything wrong, i'm just walking, and he gets out his car and says hey you stop. i need to ask you something.
i'm like.. me...what did i do?
he's like someone called about a fight and you match the description.
again i'm like
he asks what have you been upto today.. i said i'm walking to the store to grab some snacks...i ask him sir, why am i being detained...he says there was a call about a fight and you match the description...i was like what no way..i just came out of my house...he's like i know but i need to see your id.
i immediately think it's BS, but i comply cause i don't want no bullshyt...he obviously saw nothing on his computer so he let me go.

That was a quota stop. Dude was trying to see if you had warrants or dope on you so he could take you in.
Dealt with that shyt as a kid growing up in Chicago. Me and my little sister would get pulled to the side all the time walking from elementary school or high school.

Easily could've matched a description from a nearby rape or murder.
Been railroaded and spent 20 years of your life innocent behind bars.
Be grateful this is all that happened,because a lot of black men get stopped while going to get some snacks and never make it back home until they're exonerated

Then learned, all it is IS a game with them...especially the "you fit the description" b.s.
So police get my respect depending on their approach.
