McNeil is the one Met who refuse to die. Fans have constantly wish to trade him, yet he finds a way to stick around. I hope he plays his whole career here, his defensive versatility and his low strikeout Rate will always be valuable.
People want to believe he is where Marte is at right now when he clearly isn't. I don't know about his whole career but I'm not mad at it if the deal is right. The fact that he hasn't been an issue at centerfield is everything. I think of him as our Chris Taylor.
