California was negligent. Most of their deaths came this past December. How long did they have to prepare for this? They had oxygen issues because of bad pipes/infrastructure. Wouldn't that be something you make sure is A-1 BEFORE you become the epicenter of the pandemic? They got caught with their pants down after critiquing everyone else's response.

Yeah he’s never had to notify a family that their loved one died of covid, and he’s never had to do Post Mortem care on a person who died from covid, only to put them a freezer outside that’s already stuffed with bodies from victims of the disease...
