You really too slow that you can't figure out basic things like population?
Texas has the highest death rate of those three, at 1524 deaths/million
Florida is next, with 1450 deaths/million
California is the lowest of the three, with 1332 deaths/million
And that's despite the fact that both Florida (warm humid weather) and Texas (10x lower population density) have big advantages to slow the spread that California doesn't have.
If California had the same death rate as Texas, they would have 8000 more people dead right now. But because California is so much more densely populated than Texas is, if they had moved like Texas it would likely be more like 20,000 more people dead at least.
