I want to win this, but illegals are an anchor on our necks. We can't have meaningful policy discussions or get past the shutdown because of this. Illegals are starving us of real opportunity chase actual progressive policies. Trump made the shutdown about illegals. In her response, Pelosi made this about immigration. So yes, like I've been saying for the whole day, this is now a shutdown that doesn't even focus on anything that American citizens can discuss sincerely. We're shut down over some illegal kids, not even ALL illegals...just the kids of illegals. And over a program thats inherently temporary!? But I'm wrong for talking about it?
