THEN it still takes time to process all that shyt... like 2-3 expedited/ 4-6 standard weeks I think... BUT with govt shutdown in effect experience serious delays...

I've always thought this. He already awarded that contract to someone and now he needs to pay up. He can't just not pay these oligarchs.

I also think separating kids at the border goes back to the whole adoption talks they had. I think their is some truth to the adoption talks. What easier way then taking kids at the border and "not being able to put them back with the parents."

But those are just my crazy conspiracy theories.
