You have been reading way too many left wing blogs. Walker is a conservative who has won three straight gubernatorial elections in a very liberal state. He is popular because his record has been exemplary: he was able to close a massive budget deficit that he inherited while at the same time preside over a big jump in job creation. Walker's reform of public sector unions' bargaining rights was a huge success and allowed a lot of Wisconsin's municipalities to get their fiscal budgets in order.

Liberals know that Walker is a major threat to their chances to win the presidency in 2016 which is why they are stepping up their attacks on him now. Because they can't attack his record they have to focus on trivial nonsense like Walker's response to a question about evolution........as if that is an issue that is important for the presidency.

Sorry liberals, but your obsession with non stories like this makes you look pathetic.

Although I'm sure you don't care because its still E. coli and not a fish, but the scientific community views this as strong evidence that evolution occurs in an observable timespan in microbial organisms. This is the equivalent of a race of people that are able to persist on a diet of rocks, or grass. shyt is really cool. Not people who turned into mermaids, though, so it probably doesn't count.

And for people who don't like to watch videos, a scientific theory is the simplest explanation for observed natural phenomena. Heliocentricism is a theory, Germ theory, the basis of nearly all modern medical practice, is a theory. Scientific laws are just equations.

Im also deeply troubled by the excessive use of the word proof. Science never proves anything. Math proves things. Science is a way of breaking complex observations down into comprehensible data. That is all. Never use the word proof in the context of a scientific discussion unless you want people to stop listening to you.
