If they were driving drunk or high on that shyt shyt?

They need to keep those specific groups suspended. Gonna come back to bite her if an opponent can point to suspended drunk who got reinstated and hurt someone
Those would be driving violation dumb nikka the exact opposite of what's in the title. Go raise your mongrels instead of shyt posting on the coli

Yeah that's some good shyt. :salute:

In 2010 I got pulled over for a bullshyt traffic violation (I think I turned right on a red light that said "no turn on red"), and when they ran my shyt I found out that my license was suspended. Because I had got a ticket years before for expired plates and forgot to pay the Drivers Responsibility Fee (not that I was ever told it was suspended). And they decided they had to arrest me because they had a " zero tolerance" law for driving with suspended licenses.

In retrospect I probably shouldn't have, but at the time I just pled guilty, paid the fee, and took the misdemeanor because I couldn't be bothered to go to court over that nonsense.

Man drivers responsibility got at least 5 bands out of me. Most people never paid a single dime, and all they shyt was removed completely in 2019 due to Big Gretch:snoop:

Remember that bullshyt driver's responsibility fee? :hhh: Judge William Kelly over here in Kentwood was instrumental in getting that removed. He called it double jeopardy, and a tax on the middle class/poor/working poor.

He was tired of seeing the same people showing up for court and accruing more fines because they were driving on suspended licenses because they couldn't afford to pay for their original fines.

I got caught up in that cycle. I got a ticket coming home from the D. Paid the ticket and thought that was that. A year later I get pulled over in Kentwood because of my headlight. Cop said I had a warrant. I'm like WTF for? He told me I'd find out at my court date. It was because I didn't pay that bullshyt $1000 driver responsibility fee for that speeding ticket. I didn't even know that shyt existed. It had been about ten years since my last ticket, and that was a parking one. Judge Kelly was a real one for that.

Nah, what's wild was when I showed up for court, the clerk said something about me being arrested. I told her that I wasn't arrested, I just got the ticket. She told me that I was officially arrested, they just don't detain people for bullshyt like that. The other thing that was wack about that fee is that they double dipped you. You had to pay the $1000 fine the first year of the offense, and you had to pay it again the next year too. And that's before you paid to get your license reinstated.

Hmmm. Driving while license suspended is more common than I thought…

they got my ass for back child support…

but how do they expect me to go to work to pay the child support and provide for my kids and pick them up?…

Man for years, anything you did would fukk up your license. A dope case, ccw case, assault, anything that didn't have shyt to do with driving. Then they had the nerve to say "Driving is a right, not a privilege". Yeah in a state that you basically need a car because public transportation is cheeks here :stopitslime:

You ever notice that buses don't run AT ALL on the big streets with all the factories in the suburbs.

No bus route on Grosbeck, no bus route on Mound. Both of these streets have hundreds of factories from 8 Mile all the way to the 26 mile+. That shyt is intentional, making sure if you gotta take a bus to work you also have to walk a few miles to actually get to your job :scust:. Clear cut anti black bullshyt.
