We all know (and need to do more about) the problem of overly aggressive, "above the law", "justify why X shouldn't pumped N amounts of bullets Y" cop attitudes. It's a general problem, even with White/White, let alone Hispanic and Black people who are more on the receiving end of police abuse, even from other Hispanic and Black cops, because our lives are less valued by everyone. Even a Black criminal knows the different degrees of how much they when killing a "minority" vs. killing someone from a group who's lives are more valued.
