Its probably going to be the whole state of Florida with some islands included to represent the Caribbean islands.

The game will be set in modern times because they can still reuse the same assets from GTAV for the next installment of GTA Online.

Unless the story will take place in different eras and will be separate from GTA Online.

Well we certainly have the land mass but we don’t have mountains like San Andreas or ocean like vice city or dense urban areas like liberty city. Houston just isn’t a sexy city for me to run around and do virtual hood shyt with my friends in my opinion.
