That's how I felt for awhile but I still feel bad to see him not get a ring. I like seeing the old relics get one before they go. I'm surprised he didn't go to the heats with Ray.
Though injuries ruined what would have been an all time great career the real fans who watched the game know how good he was and how much better he would have become. The way he balled that last season in Detroit made me think he would eventually have but up a statline of 25-8-10 especially since T-Mac emerged as a dominant scorer. But Grant still had a good career after the injuries and he gets props for staying in the league when he could have just as easily retired.
