You don't really know what you are talking about on that last sentence.
No gun fires without a bullet being chambered.
Double action just means the trigger pull cocks and drops the hammer, where as single action the trigger pull drops the hammer only, both require slide manipulation to seat the round though.
As for carrying with a round in the chamber its personal preference. I carry my 1911 with a round chambered cocked and locked, my XD and my striker fired pistols I carry chamber empty, but its just my comfortability.

Don't need any gun reform. We have laws in place that simply need to be followed. On top of that too many states are too restrictive and allow white politicians and black c00ns to restrict blacks who are law abiding citizens from even being able to carry weapons on them. Nah.

Gun reform is just code for backdoor gun confiscation, and thats dead argument in my eyes, and it should be for every black american.
Want to stop violence in black neighborhoods, go in the street and march to end the war on drugs that fuels the actual violence.
