Any person who commits murder/Rape/molests should have to donate organs and blood(regularly)..........You destroy people's lives, you should contribute to making people's lives better.

The funny thing is that many bruhs don't understand that a crime bill wouldn't solve shyt like this. it would only make it worse by leading to innocent black people being judged and attacked by the cops and people from other races leading to the toxic cycle we have now times 10x.
The real solution would be for the American government to invest in low-income, crime-ridden communities that create dudes like the killer, but that wouldn't happen because Amerikka has an invested interest in the destruction of the black community through social, financial, and political means.
Government intervention in low-income neighborhoods can help to create a strong family unit and help increase educational attainment in these low-quality areas.
A lot of western European countries and Canada have strong socialist policies that support the family unit.
A kid from a stable two-parent household making $130,000 a year in combined income after taxes with a net worth of around $500k has a far higher chance of making it in life and not committing violent crimes.
Compared to a kid with a 1 parent household making less than $50k a year after taxes and only $10,000 in total net worth
