Uhhh, it isn't that far off of a description at this point, in their earnings they state
Computing & Graphics ( notebook/desktop CPU's and discrete GPU's ) made 1.3B operating at a 400M loss
Enterprise, Embedded, Custom ( SoC mobile GPU (Adreno with Qualcomm which runs most of Android phones not named Samsung) + PS4/X1 console GPUs) made 1.7B operating at a 156M profit
So, they not only made more money and profit off GPU's, but there is some graphics business in the topline C&G category as well.
They really are a GPU / mobile / custom chipset company at this point.
This is disappointing to hear since it was AMD and the Radeon/Athlon series that made Nvidia and Intel stop being lazy and compete. If they exit the desktop business, Nvidia and Intel will run basically unopposed but it might be the only thing to keep AMD afloat.

I know the point you're making but for the sake of accuracy it's important to understand that AMD has never created graphics cards (outside of reference designs).
So for the OP to call them a "graphics card company" while pretending to care about the company and the finances behind the company is hilariously, embarrassingly inaccurate and shows dude has no idea what he's talking about and just pasted a link.
