i was never sold on him when he was starting. his game is too "basic" (dribble left/right depending which side of the floor he's on and pull up for a shot), his handle is below average and he gets lost on defense in pick and rolls, which spurs took advantage of. it's only his second year so he has time to learn and grow. it's all on him to get it together.
