I refuse to call anything a classic that dropped this decade outside of Not Like Us only because the impact that song made was immediate, everlasting and we're not gonna be able to tell the story of rap this decade without that song.
As far as albums, probably Victory Lap (and locally I'd say Meet the Woo vol. 1)
