Rick Rude...he had that shytty match against Ultimate Warrior where he just took a beating from Warrior's horrible offense until Bobby Heenan cheated to help him win the IC title and I think his only other WM match was aginst an old Jimmy Snuka at WM 6.

Shelton Benjamin and John Morrison. Their mitb perfomance was awesome, but Shelton is a heluva in-ring performer and could do a great 1 on 1 match. Same with JoMo, but i hope he will have his WM moment.

Yeah... and a 15-minute draw with Jake at WMIV that looks good on paper, but was kinda boring.
And speaking of Jake... he's another one. And he was in seven Manias.
George Wells at Mania II- squash... Honky Tonk at Mania III- decent, but eh... Rude at Mania IV- snooze... Andre at Mania V
... DiBiase at Mania VI- way below expectation and kinda wack payoff for a feud that stretched a whole year... Rick Martel blindfold match at Mania VII- 
... Taker at Mania VIII- good way to put over Taker on the way out, but nothing special... then had a six-man at Mania XII with Yoko and Ahmed against Vader, Owen, & Bulldog- blah. I think if they'd taken him and Savage's feud to Mania VIII, it coulda happened. But then, we wouldn't have gotten the Savage/Flair feud, so...
It's funny you would mention them both... cause I kinda put them in the same category... they're MADE for ladder matches. Other than that, they occasionally had great matches. Most of their standout moments involve ladders and highspots tho'.
