we had a fire like this in Oakland and built it more ways to mitigate fire when rebuilding, nothing like it has happened in the 30+ years since. It’s not just fire, someone seeking to attack would also have to wait for hurricane force winds and the right amount of fuel

Never said it was good faith. Doing what their risk assessment folks said is best. If you can’t get insurance because something is too risky, then the writing is on the wall simply is what it is but I live in reality not candy land. I work in risk assessment. Just thru sports. But same principle. Ravens are 9.5 point favorites. If we feel the risk get too much on either side, we can adjust as we see fit. Let’s say Colorado, Arizona, or some state says no, make the game a pick em and you can’t adjust the lines you just have to eat the outlying risk. What sportsbook would operate in that state?
