A white guy was caught on camera setting fires in Melrose, California.

John Orr was a straight white male fire captain and the most notorious arsonist in California’s history setting over 2000 fires. He set the 1990 Glendale fire that destroyed 60 homes.
I bet if they didn’t an investigation on who is setting these fires, up will pop the usual suspects.
