I either hit custom when available and if not i don’t tip

I am glad me and breh have the same mindset, when I see service charge that becomes your tip.
I pay cash whenever I go out to eat. If I can’t pay you in cash I don’t eat at your establishment. I don’t go out to eat much though, I had my kitchen done specifically to make it comfortable for me to cook and be fat in peace in.

This happened to me at a restaurant in San Diego in June. shyt was obviously wrong, I wonder how many people just blindly hit the suggested tip
Another scam I caught multiple bars doing is adding drinks to your bill, nothing crazy maybe like an extra $6-7. But it can get lost in the mix if your bill is $50+ and you ain't paying attention
Bartenders acting like they gave you a double, etc. It's savage out here

I don’t see how people do it. I rarely eat out and almost never order from delivery apps but went out of town a few weeks ago and didn’t get a rental. The amount of fees, tips and upcharging in general for a few days was crazy.
Why they fukk would the tip be applied after taxes are accounted for? They expect a tip for me paying taxes?
A literal scam.
Tips should be calculated based off cost before taxes.
