The biggest (and most legitimate) argument anti-prostitution advocates have is trafficking, especially child trafficking. Regulate it and businesses won't risk losing their license over some child who wants to sell. They'll diligently check her credentials as opposed to relying on law enforcement to find out about it.

There's also other benefits to regulation including std testing, decreased violence, and of course, more revenues (licenses and shyt ain't free)
