i dont understand NC's laws on that, he was convicted but i guess the appeal process is drawing it out

He lost a court case , he shouldn't get to wait till the appeals process starts and is finished that's over a year . He really should lose the 6 games and if he wins his appeal get paid back
It's not an appeal. In North Carolina he gets a right to have his case heard by a jury.

From my understanding, he was convicted by a judge, not a jury. He is appealing the verdict through a jury trial. :manny:

The Pathers did the right thing with everything going on right now with the media. He probably get activated when this mess dies down.

Richardson is a rare (only?) owner that played, so this has a twist to it. his appeal will take months possibly into next year they better figure out what they want to do
