He looks to be in pretty decent shape too and doesn't seem to have a lot of excess weight on him. And Bron probably wasn't lying a few years back when he said he was 6'9 270 while still with the Cavs. Cause he looks a strong 6'9 in this picture though we gotta take into account that Oden only measured 6'11 and some change during his pre-draft measurements.
