Why wouldn't you take a delay penalty and just punt the ball deep into the Saints territory? We have one of the highest, if not the highest, paid punters in the league. You make Brees beat you by going the entire length of the field. You don't take the chance of missing a FG and setting up the Saints offense.

Naw, you don't give a team like that a short field. The further they have to go the more likely you can make a play.

I understand what you guys are saying, I'm just saying I'd much rather have it to where the other team would have to get in the endzone to beat me. Especially a team like NO who can get down the field in a hurry

Until they actually let Freeman throw the ball on a consistent level, this is the shyt you're gonna see, when he gets to throw it a bit he gets into a lil rhythm, but when you keep forcing him to throw in 3rd and long situations, he fukks up.

When they ran the no huddle, he was actually doing pretty well.

And fukk these refs, they don't call any fukkin calls consistently and that's bullshyt. Wiped out a 80 yard TD and killed all that damn hype he finally got.

The defense played great today...its just that you give Brees a short field he's gonna kill you..simple as that. The refs definitely helped them. Lotta bullshyt penalties and non calls

nikka, a 47 yard kick outdoors is no gimme. You basically give the team the ball at midfield if you miss, they need 20-30 yards to get in FG range.

One more thing.. For anyone who watched the jets-bucs game.. Remember at the start when josh freeman had headset issues and took like 6 delay of games .. Imagine a ELITE QB with that problem.. Do u not think they couldn't run a offense like a general instead of a private.. I know this is a "fire bucs coach thread" but common the qb is a weak.. Thos delay of games prnaltys really sent a huge red flag to me
