Spo doesn't know how to make in game adjustments. It's a wonder how he even won a championship to begin with....oh yeah Scott Brooks ain't shyt either.

I thought this was common knowledge. Spo won because Bron coaches that team during games. When OKC loses in the playoffs as a #1 seed again next year, he'll be gone

Spo prefers to "stay the course" and not "let go of the rope." His eyes OFTEN look mildly terrified during games. I can't imagine that Wade and Lebron rely on wild-eyed Spo for machismo/pep talks during stressful moments in the clutch.

This is what I hate about coach praise/ talk in professional sports.

It's all based on the result.

If they would have fukked up, people would have been saying they needed a timeout

Coaches have no fukking control in this sport

Yes but those people would be idiots. The guy has won 4 titles and wins 50+ games every single year. Yes, he has the best PF of all time as well. That's part of it too. Great coach + great players = many titles. Poor coach + great players and it gets dicey.

Well when you know and trust your personnel the way he does.. There really isn't anything he is gonna tell them in timeout that they don't already know...

And when you got a point guard that has zero turnovers the whole game, I'm sure you feel comfotable with the decisions he makes
