No he isn't. Tony Parker is the most efficient guard in the league...shooting 52%. He makes good decisions, gets good looks, takes good shots, and scores more points. His passing skills and court vision aren't on CP3's level, but it's still good and he's averaging over 7 assists. He's a better penetrator which causes the defense to break down and he's an excellent finisher. Tony Parker puts more pressure and creates more difficult problems for a defense imo.

It's about time he starts getting some credit for what he's brought to the table the last couple of seasons instead of people just chalking it up to Pop's coaching and the system. Parker is the best PG in the league right now. 20.1 ppg, 7.5 apg in 32.7 minutes, 52% shooting, 39% from 3.
That's because you haven't been watching Spurs games.
lol @ these stans.

CP's beginning to become one of the more overrated players on this board. Seems like he's just a default answer for folk who don't actually watch games.

Powerful case! Parker > CP3.
I'm not going to bother to make a case for Chris. Its like arguing who is better prime Tim Duncan or prime Pau Gasol. One player is clearly on another level. Not going to waste my time arguing with a stan on something when the right answer is that obvious.

Well now I'm convinced. :russ:@there being a gap between Parker and CP3 comparable to the gap between prime Duncan and Gasol.

:leon:

and has/had less help. :leon:

Less help?

Ur an idiot

But anyway :childplease: @ this whole situation. Parker is not better than cp3, irving, rose (if he plays like how he did before the injury), or rondo

Spurs gonna get knocked out 2nd again and there gonna be back the same situtation they were last year

lol...almost the whole :hamster:/coli said they were going to be a 1st or 2nd round exit last year. They made it to the WCFs and they're better defensively this year.

Popovich is supposed to say that. That's his starting point guard. I can't say he's the best but i give him the second spot after CP3. Russy is close but Parker shoot's such a higher percentage than him that i have to say Tony has been better this season. I've always thought Tony was one of the best in the game, i'm glad the media is finally giving him a little props the past couple of years.

I love how Westbrook's getting thrown in as a better PG than Parker when his biggest flaw is not getting his team's best player the ball. :rudy:

I'm fine with Paul being ranked ahead of him because you def. can't attribute the Clippers success to Vinnie del Negro. Paul has changed that organization...not sure Parker would have that effect (and I'm a Spurs fan). :manny:

Crazy how there isn't one Deron Williams mention in this thread. Man how times change :ohhh: :dwillhuh:

Another misconception - 90% of late game situations are basically him giving the ball to KD, as soon as he crosses halfcourt.
