There's a food truck that comes to the building called the Melt Truck and everything they do is about grilled cheese sandwiches. You can get pulled pork, ham, chicken, and turkey. You can even get a Burger Melt. Sometimes they have Mac n' Cheese grilled sandwiches

I'm telling you... Melt has the best grill cheese. It's insane if you ask me. Crazy portions, tons of fries and it's so damn good I would smack a fat bytch of g.p just to have one
