Bout to experiment with some lamb this year. Haven't tried to frill that.
i have. Grilled some Lamb Shanks. They was alot gamier than i hoped for. Make sure you know what your doing. Don't just think you gon throw it over some fire and the shyt gon come out good.

I am going to brine it first and see how that goes.

Its a cold brine of sugar, pink salt, brown sugar, and vinegar

My last 2 batches of meal prep chicken were fire.

They are always good. But they've been getting even better.

When you're doing 25-30 pieces at a time, it's more of a completion goal. Season, make sure they hit the internal temp, remove and contain.

Maybe it's just due to time and effort but the quality of the meal prep has gone up. If it gets any better I'm just gonna have to quit my job and open up a shop.
