Man i started to cook picahna on my pitbarrel cooker. Just wish beef prices would drop a bit. Havent smoked a Brisket and beef ribs in a minute.

Yeah I got a camp chef pro and that joint does great. My kinfolk got a pit boss and it does the damn thang too

Pellet is mad consistent and easy to use. Doesn't feel like you're doing any of the work because it's pretty much set it and forget it, minus basting if you do that.

They aren't my thing, I don't like Blackstones either but I got one and the fam loves it. They act like they've never had a burger or pancakes before.....
