grilled some burgers for the kids yesterday. woke up early and started smoking a brisket this morning

Anyone use propane? Thinking about switching mainly due to hating the clean up with charcoal.

Definitely easier. Don't taste as good. I'm personally using a propane flat top grill for smash burgers and grilling onions.

Anybody put Worchire sauce on their burgers??

I use to use propane for the same reason you stated. It’s quick to get up to temp to start cooking. However, if you’re not using a smoke box, then your pretty much are just cooking like you would on the stove, just with grill marks. Not all charcoal grills are hard to clean. My Egg only takes like 5 minutes to clean up the ash. You just have to find one that suits you

I always use Worcestershire sauce when I make my patties. Pretty much the only reason I have a bottle of it lol.

I've been smashing grilled chicken for the past 3 weeks. Nothin even fancy about it. Just salt pepper, garlic and charcoal.

Aight, which smoker people have? I usually just smoke on the grill but it requires more effort than a smoker. I think I need to invest in one.
