im a little confused here. because cream of wheat is sweet, its like oatmeal or something while grits is buttery with salt, you eat it with bacon, eggs and other meats. you dont eat cream of wheat with meat or eggs. never had sweet grits in my life, that sounds bizarre.

with that being said you cant compare the 2. had you said cream of wheat or malt that would be different. cream of wheat, add creamer (yes the one used for coffee) and 2 tablespoons of sugar. thank me later.
