As far as "with eggs' .... Nothing. I do oatmeal or grits on the side tho.. With toast

As far as other quick cook meals I do pasta with ground beef. Baked tilapia. Baked/ or fried shrimp.. Oven cooked steaks

Stock up on spices and shyt too.. Marinade etc.. Sometimes if you don't feel like cooking one of the honeys you invite over would be glad to (bytches like cooking).. Just make sure you have everything you want her to put in it.

Ya'll probably gonna crack on me for this but those veggie-sausage patties are absolute fire. I'm not a vegetarian or anything but I've completely replaced pork and turkey breakfast sausage with these.

you're lucky, both my local super markets only stock pork sausages.

i love my meats, unless it aint a meal.

No I don't boil them.. Rinse them off good. Sometimes let them soak in vinegar for about two minutes..

Spices and seasoning:

Italian
Paprika
Steak and chop
Garlic powder
Onion salt
Parsley flakes
Old bay
Oregano

Yea I try to go easy on take out during the week. I stay stocked up on fruits and shyt too tho. Fresh veggies for the juicer. Sometimes because of my work schedule (and other activities) I don't have time to cook so I'll just pop a frozen entree in microwave.

Go easy with applying seasoning too.. I learned the hard way, it might smell good while cooking it.. Sprinkling too much and

Just a pinch :whoa:

we spending a lot on take away as bachelors (if you are one which i dont think you are, you can cook) just because of the meats.

chinese, chicken and fries, etc.

im going to make use of my deep fat fryer and sizzle chicken but i dont know how to cook certain meats i dont want food poisoning, and sometimes the written instructions to some of these food sites will mislead you. thats why youtube is great.

but you could do so much with ground beef thats a must, plus some more tuna sardines and burgers.

cooking burns calories, cooking for yourself is a wonderful feeling, and pockets are fatter because you can store and re-heat your meals later. most guys only use the microwave and chicks too :russ:

im taking my health more seriously and at that age where not being self reliant isnt cute, need to know how to take care of ourselves.
