It’s been 12 seasons now since Alex Rodriguez played his last game at 3rd base and they still can’t do any better than stopgaps or “throw some random guy who has no business on the major league roster” at this position . It’s the only issue they’ve failed to fix for nearly as long as the leadoff hitter (haven’t had one since 2012). On that note this is the first time in 7 years that they opened the year with a real centerfielder in centerfield
