Still doesn't change the fact that he wasn't an employee at the time that those emails got sent. Those employees would have been punished by the NFL, while Gruden would have been dealt with by ESPN who he was employed with at the time.

Anyways, it's all a moot point now seeing that he's resigning.

I honestly think that the NFL originally leaked those emails in an attempt to save Demaurice Smith's job until they started reading through all of what the emails entailed and hit the :picard:
