:russ: @ anyone thinking Bob is coming back to Washington after this year. It's too toxic with the fans and local media for it to work now. If his people were smart he'd go to Arizona and work under Arians, but he'll probably end up in Philly or Dallas like everyone thinks. The kid has the basic tools he's just got hurt and he got coaches who gave up on him too easily.

RG is talented and needs a fresh start i agree with that.......But lets not act like his EGO was/is PE#1, its not all on the coaches. shannie initially tried to work with him after the injury but he wanted to completely go away from the offensive concepts that made the 2012 run so successful and insisted on wanting to be the next brady, manning, rodgers(nothing wrong with that) but not even realizing that things take time to progress why completely go away from the bread and butter....RG had his share of chances to prove himself he had the owner of the team behind him 100%, he fukked it up by not learning from his mistakes......ie not continually playing into the media baiting, having no feel for pressure in the pocket and most importantly learning to slide and elude the big hit.....Dude was flat out awful in the preseason and he drew a huge gap in the locker room with his me, me, me attitude(which has been common knowledge).... there was nothing that hinted he would comeback effective this year.....I'm not a cousins fan at all i have expressed it on here, but its pretty obvious the personal would much rather play with him than RG.......

If Winston can blowout your team i think Jay will get fired seeing as how its the bye week after that game... plus that one thot who was giving head said Jay will get fired by the bye if they have a losing record

i doubt it the team is under new management, this is not the era of old..even with the media mostly against him...gruden has his major flaws for one his shytty playcalling and lack of direction on offense smh..... but it seems like he is in good standing with the players/locker room, he has these dudes competing and playing with heart something we haven't seen here in years..this is deeper than wins and loses, its gonna take a deep cultural change... pending a complete second half collapse of pure fukkery i cant see him losing his job....nobody expected nothing more than 6-10 anyways with this roster.....

You bring up good points, I agree with a lot of what you said but a lot of that was overblown. Robert did take accountability for his mishaps, it just wasnt the way some wanted.

Also think about this. Go to waco texas & look at baylors stadium, it looks like an NFL stadium, huge statue of RGIII, he put them on the map, won a heisman, won ROY with a team that has a very large fanbase who hasnt had much success. So yeah in some ways his ego was on cloud 9.

But WE have times in life where we get humbled. RGIII went from saying he was the QB to being 3rd string & not dressing. It's embarrassing & i'm willing to bet he is a changed man. Its just has to translate on the field.

Also some people say what about colt? The truth is colt isnt the flashy pick. I would go with him but for whatever reason gruden loves kirk.

You fans going against each other over this QB shyt and what no one is pointing out is throughout gruden's tenure, he has been outcoached in every 2nd half, cant make in game adjustments & doesnt know what the hell he's doing. He is more of a problem than any QB on the roster. Bruce allen sneaky azz can leave too because he endorsed him.

jay gruden after kirk cousins' sixth multiple INT game under him: "it was windy"

With how impressive the defense has looked and young players like Jamison Crowder and Rashad Ross making big impacts already, this team should be at least at .500

He had no choice at this point. RGIII would be out there but that insurance policy will prevent from ever seeing the field this season. The skins dont want to be on the hook for that injury guaranteed of 16 mill next season. Thats the only reason hes not playing.
Why not just release that nikka then
