Since there's 2 grudens and the other one coaches my team we need an Offensive coordinator he's never been a good one

Keep in mind that for the first time in Mack’s time with the Raiders it was just this past offseason that the team finally addressed the real help that Mack needed in the front 7 to make our defense better.

He basically has unprecedented job security because of the contract
he has a 10 year 100 million dollar contract. He isnt going anywhere until at least 8 years.

Paying out his contract if he's fired would likely force a sale of the Raiders because they don't have the cash to make it happen...and borrowing any more money than they already have would force a sale of the team (they'd be in violation of NFL franchise debt limits).
