lol san andras was full priced til like 2006
the game sold an absurd amount. They made so much money they are trying to squeeze some more out for the holidays since most people who would buy the game already bought it. $40 will get a few more patient cheap gamers to buy.

So what? R* spent about 300 million to make GTAV and made back over a billion in sales. Dropping the price only makes them more money. They're also going to make more when it comes out for PC.
