When the GTA 4 mod everyone was fawning over released nobodies pc was running that shyt with normal gameplay without it being a slideshow.

If it's nothing to run those mods and keep a normal frame rate why is it that normal gameplay is never shown? It's always wet streets, car panoramic views, and scenery. IMO the mod ain't worth anything if I can't play the game normally using it.

If you could upload some video showing normal gameplay using those mods id like to see it, just to see how it would look.

GTA 4 was a mess on PC though optimization wise. GTA V isn't. GTA V runs beautifully while GTA IV isn't too good in some spots.
