It's not.
The nikka has a problem. While out on bail he hacked more shyt and says if he is free, he will go back to hacking. What else can you do but sentence the nikka to life. Right now he just went at Nvidia/Gaming shyt. What happens if he goes at something more serious

Yea. You couldn't just spray at will like 5. Not only that to do vehicle combat (shooting from cars as driver/rider) wasn't as easy. The guns had more recoil.
It felt like that to me. I just felt like in 5 you could kinda phone it in if you knew how to combat roll, that's allI dont remember skills being in 4 like that but in 5 you had to tighten up your skills... I mean to me the difference was not that noticeable.
I grew tired of that shyt because it used to be about skills and outsmarting people then they get on those mk2 oppressors skills be damned
