GTA V was released on 3 generations of hardware. Dropped on the PS360 a few months before PS4/XB1 was released.

I think they've sold 200m copies so far.

This sums up my feelings perfectly. Sure I'll play it when it drops but I'll never understand how people treat this series like the alpha omega of video games. It peaked in the PS2 era and we've been chasing the dragon ever since.

Most games unfortunately don't reach the perfection of rockstar unfortunately in terms of replay value
