i have this debate with my nikkas a lot and I think Gucci could never eclipse Jeezy for the simple face he doesn't have any Dreamin's, Don't Do Its, Holy Ghost's and songs of that nature in his catalog. Meaning songs that touch on the dark parts, stress and etc of living the life. Don't get me wrong I love Gucci he just doesn't have them songs I really felt in my heart. Gucci may start doing them songs so who knows(he touches on like issues on first day out the feds) but that's always been why it was Jeezy>Gucci for me. I always felt Gucci never accurately depicted the ills of the street life as well as Jeezy does. It's like Gucci is great for the glitz and glamour of the trap life and Jeezy is that and more. For me anyway.
