For a dude that is 6'1 even 275 to 290 is pushing it and hella unhealthy, most flabby and sick heavyweights can weight like 240 to 255. You Americans got that weigh shyt on lock I'm only 5'9 but weigh 151 to 156(Last time I checked) with no fat but lean muscle from working out and shyt, I've seen dudes the same height as me in the U.S. that weigh shyt like 180-200+ without working out I'm like WTF you guys eating.
