Don't Work Here This has been the worst teaching assignment of my life. The principal is demeaning, cruel, and completely uncommunicative. The turn-over rate here is unbelievably high. She hires people and fires them (transfers you without giving you another assignment) in the same year. She has been a principal for eight years and has never made AYP. There is no PTA in the school. The student behavior is atrocious. The staff is great, but the morale is super low.
