Only recently have blacks starting getting into it, heavily which was around 2006/2007, then gangs in 2010. This is not my opinion this is a scientific fact. Studies have been done that shows this. You think all of a sudden criminals just now started using fake credit cards to buy high ticket items?. The only difference is the police know they can get away with sloppy work because a lot of people think just like you so no one will say anything.
