Most of them do but I think there are some situations where they let you be an absent owner.

We know Rick Ross doesn't work at his wingstop locations. I also had a coworker that had 2 KFC's and she didn't work at them either.

I don't know the circumstances that will let you be absent though. It's the reason I don't own any franchises.
Yeah, if you have to work there that's some bullshyt.

yeah, you cant even sit back and let other people work. im reading, and they say they make you work 40 hours a week :childplease: fukk that

Yeah this is from their site:

This is not the right opportunity for you if you:
  • Are seeking a passive investment in a business.
  • Want to sell property to Chick-fil-A, Inc.
  • Are requesting that Chick-fil-A, Inc. build at a specified location.
  • Are seeking multi-unit franchise opportunities.
So basically it’s a management position.

Yeah you dont own shyt. They just get paid very handsomely :blessed: & you have to work at the store.

$100k ain’t really that handsome if you ask me with all the pressure you take on.

That goes for every franchise tho. I don't know if you seen the movie about McDonald's and how Ray Kroc fukked over the McDonald's brothers but I think all these franchises follow that ownership of real estate motto now.

Yeah you don’t own the land and building with McDonald’s anymore but you get more autonomy. I know a couple McDonald’s owners as I used to own a business installing surveillance cameras at their locations and they all owned multiple stores and had a supervisor managing the stores. So you can turn McDonald’s intoma passive income type situation for you as an owner through delegation...it’s impossible with Chick Fil A.
