I don't think he will have many guests on the album. He only had four on the first album and the track with Drake was pretty old. I like that Cole is carrying his albums by himself. Most albums now are more like a compilation album with a guest on 75 percent of the songs.

I hope he branches out this time, I'd love to see K. Dot, Q, Nas and co on here...

He wanted to get Nas on his last album and I'm almost certain he'll have a K.Dot feature as their supposedly supposed to do an album together...

Im looking forward to see what he's got after he got the monkey off his back with tjefirst album and it being successful, now Rocnation should allow him more creative freedom so we get something more similar to his excellent mixtapes. I liked Sideline Story but you could literally HEAR the struggle between artist and label expectation on some of those songs (Mr. Nice Watch, In The Morning)

Exactly, I'm sure they got faith in him now...

like I said many times before...there is not enough room for J Cole in the game because Drake is in his spot...watch....as soon as Cole drop his album, Drake will probably release his tracklist along with a few leaks ,and you nggas will be discussing Drake while at the same time forgetting that Cole had just released an album....

That doesn't even make ANY sense though, besides both being bi-racial, Cole and Drake come from two different worlds and have differ ring career paths. Drake is a rapper/singer hybrid whose subject matter sticks to the themes of women, insecurity, and the trappings of fame. J.Cole is a rapper/producer who has shown the penchant for digging a little deeper with his subject matter and themes. Cole raps about the things Drake does except me can ALSO talk about his experiences of growing up in poverty, his mother's addictions, the black experience of a young man in this era, etc. Plus he's shown to be a more adept at storytelling....

Drake and Cole aren't driving down the exact same lane musically nor career wise....

nice comparison, but the sheer limited number of spots in the game places these two in the same lane by default...in today's hip hop climate, there's only room for like 10-12 rappers to really thrive in regards to mainstream success...this excludes Cole...it's really that simple...

So moving 6-700k is not enough space?
By simple mathematics we can put a number on the room that was left for him.. 6-700 thousand people in the US.

Should he stop rapping cause he can't do 2 million like Drake?
If that's the case EVERYONE should stop rapping :smh:
