Alberto Del Rio was recently in Mexico promoting WWE's upcoming Mexico tour in October, and while Del Rio did note that Rey Mysterio, Big Show, CM Punk, The Wyatt Family and others will be on hand for the tour, Del Rio made no mention of Sin Cara making an appearance.

Also explains him appealing to the hispanic market after his matches.
