I work at a hospital and been basically getting my ass kicked everyday… it doesn’t help that these people are rude and disrespectful as fukk, and I’m tired seeing people dying at a high rate and I’m saying this as a person who works in a small rural hospital. Overloading these hospitals is real.

This thread is a complete flop. Absolutely zero relevance here. nikkas really don’t know what FDA stands for I guess

Then you might as well just leave the site these old dudes got nothing to talk about.I'm so sick and tired of these same fukking threads on here....time to add more people to my ignore list.
Then tell the truth about short staffing, high patient ratios and bad management as well. Also the mass exodus that was already happening before this.
These people are retards brehThat didn't stop you fukk all you anti vaxxers
Plus none of us would've been allowed to go to school without our shots so save it.
That affects you how?The hospitals are full cause of morons like you

The surge in Covid patients ain’t helping either…you just explained damn near every field out here.
And as far as a mass exodus, like I said earlier bruh don’t nobody be wanting to be talked to crazy day in and day out by MFs and their family that you tryna help. Yea you sign up to help save people it’s all the extra shyt that comes along with it burns you out. And more patients to deal with ain’t the answer.
That affects you how?
Yall keep saying this bullshyt like ain't nobody in the hospital already for other shyt, and like every got damn body in the hospital dont have a vaccine. Miss me with that bullshyt. If it was an actual cure I could understand, but yall nikkas keeping popping shyt like you really care about people FOHWTBS
It’s understaffing more than anything, but that’s because hospitals intentionally work with skeleton crews as all employers try to do in our now toxic capitalist society, however you’re dealing with people’s lives so this is the one job that should always be adequately staffed and this has been an issue long before covvid.
