He's getting over as a face and getting pops. Turning him heel just because would halt some of that momentum, no?
Last thing they should want are fans to be apprehensive of him and start the 'Goldberg' chants again.
They made the same mistake with Cesaro.
He was getting face reactions and so they were stubborn, stuck him with Heyman, and took away his swing.
Now he's jobbing to microphones and getting DDT'd with pumpkins on his head.
Heel turn out of the blue killed Del Rio a couple years back from what I gather, too.
What does being face get him with a permanent face Cena around, he will stay second tier mid card that way.........................Plus Reigns coming back soon

The Wyatts had to be repackaged after that program with Cena.
Working heel and getting a big push would only result in him getting fed to Cena anyway -
especially considering Vince is going to need him to look "strong," for his rematch with Lesnar.
Ryback getting a monster heel push is the last thing you should be asking for if you're worried about Cena.
Bully Ryback with the authority, can keep viewers insterested til Reigns, and D Bry come back...............How does being a heel help him with the same guy around?

It's too many faces at the time, and as far as pecking order goes I dont see Ryback stepping ahead Cena or Ambrose at this point, unless they want to feed him Ruslev I dont see where this goes, they already missed the boat with Feed me more Ry, not too many states would get behind the feed me more chants unless a top tier puts him over, and it aint too many of those left.............

He's 0-4 vs Rollins, losing fanfare with the crowd, and Reigns beat Seth on a throwaway RAW.
It's obvious how they feel about Dean, so Ryback doesn't have to worry about that.
He got closer to the title vs CM Punk than Ambrose ever will if Vince has his way.
I just see no reason to turn him heel. He's currently over as a face.
Ride it out, let him take out Rusev. Turn Sheamus heel, and let them work a program.
He's over. Imo, they should let him run with it instead of killing his momentum.
IMO, if anyone needs to turn heel down the line, it should be Reigns.
He was starting to receive lukewarm reception from everyone except women, and if Bryan is back when he returns, they're not going to have any choice but to turn him unless they want him to be Rocky Maivia status.
